General Terms

In these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions (collectively, "Terms"), "PotatoShip" or "we" refers to the PotatoShip Logistics business under Potato Group Company Limited, and "customer" or "you" refers to any individual, organization, or company ordering products or services from us. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or app (collectively, "E-Shop"). By using the E-Shop or any part of it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

We strive to ensure that product prices, information, and specifications listed in the E-Shop are up to date. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice and may, at our discretion, accept orders based on stock availability only.

We will make every effort to ensure stock availability. If a product is out of stock, we may provide a replacement product of the same type and price.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If we cannot provide any ordered product or service, we reserve the right to decline the order.

User Registration

You must provide personal information to place orders in the E-Shop. By registering, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as required.
Safely maintain your username and password.
Only you or authorized persons may use your account credentials to log in.
We reserve the right to reject new user applications or terminate any registered user account at our discretion without reason.

If your registered information changes, you may update your account to ensure we have the latest details.

Privacy Protection

We ensure that our collection, use, retention, transfer, and access of personal information comply with Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Payment Methods

The E-Shop accepts credit cards, debit cards, or other designated e-payment methods. All prices are in HKD. Prices displayed on the E-Shop at the time of order are final.

All online orders are subject to stock availability, and acceptance is at our sole discretion.

Other Terms

Supply Basis: Products are sold and shipped only to end consumers, not for resale. If we reasonably believe products are not for personal use, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to provide products or services due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, fire, floods, accidents, riots, war, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, equipment failures, or other uncontrollable events).
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
Severability: If any provision is found illegal or unenforceable, it will be deleted without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties and replace all prior discussions or agreements.
We reserve the right to modify, change, or supplement any terms with prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction.

Ordering Guidelines

By placing an order, you agree to submit your purchase request under these Terms. After receiving your order, we will notify you and confirm receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. If we cannot provide any product or service, or if there are payment issues, we reserve the right to decline the order. Notifications will be sent by phone or email.

Once your order is accepted, we will confirm the order and provide the tracking number for delivery.

If any free gifts included with your order are out of stock, we will notify you. You may accept a replacement gift, cancel the order, or continue with the purchase.

Delivery Service

Delivery fees vary by region:

UK: Free shipping
Australia / New Zealand: 0–3 kg HKD 60; 3–6 kg HKD 110; 6–9 kg HKD 160, etc.
Canada: 0–3 kg HKD 150; 3–6 kg HKD 270; 6–9 kg HKD 390, etc.
Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden): 0–3 kg HKD 150; 3–6 kg HKD 220; 6–9 kg HKD 290, etc.

All delivery dates and times are estimated. PotatoShip is not responsible for losses or damages due to flight delays.

If the delivery address cannot be serviced due to security or other reasons, we are not responsible and will not arrange alternative delivery.

We reserve the final decision in any dispute.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept product exchanges or order cancellations.
All products are parallel imports; no warranty is provided.
If you encounter any issues, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
You must retain the original packaging to receive support.
Issues reported after 7 days will not be handled.

Other

Until full payment is received, we retain ownership of the products, and risk is transferred to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, including income loss or profit, arising from your transactions with us.
