Register for an account and receive your Member ID.Prepare your items or shop online.Send the parcels to our Hong Kong, Mainland China or Japan warehouse. Your Member ID must appear in the recipient name and address.You will receive an email or WhatsApp message after each parcel is checked in.When all parcels have arrived, go to Arrived Parcels and enter the overseas address, parcel contents and parcels to be consolidated.Once consolidation and fee calculation are complete, you will receive a payment request.After dispatch, you will receive a notification and can view the tracking number in your account.
