2. Download the drop-off label in your account
Sign in to your PotatoShip account and download the drop-off label for the parcel you are about to send. The label already contains all required information for convenience and accuracy.
3. If postal staff ask for the service category - Post Office Overseas Shipping
At drop-off, postal staff only need to scan the barcode on the drop-off label. No address is required, and the parcel can still be delivered correctly to the PotatoShip consolidation warehouse under this dedicated workflow.
4. Estimated delivery time
Under normal conditions, Hongkong Post delivers your parcel to the PotatoShip consolidation warehouse on the second business day after drop-off. Please allow sufficient time for your consolidation schedule.

After drop-off, you do not need to register the parcel again in the system. Once our warehouse receives your parcel, we automatically identify your member ID and notify you via WhatsApp or email.
