After payment, delivery to your overseas home address takes approximately 14–21 working days.

5. Additional Microphone Purchase & Notes
The karaoke system supports a maximum of two wireless microphones.
Even if additional wireless microphones are purchased, they cannot be used simultaneously.
If you wish to order extra wireless microphones as backups, this must be requested at the same time as ordering the karaoke system.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
All products are parallel imports, and no warranty coverage is provided.
7. Exchanges & Refunds
Returns for reasons other than product quality issues are not accepted.
If customers discover any product problems, they must contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt. We will provide appropriate assistance.
Any issues reported after 7 days from receipt will not be handled.
If a replacement is approved after our assessment, customers must provide the complete original packaging to proceed with the exchange.
Customers are required to return the product to our designated overseas address and bear the return shipping cost.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will arrange to resend the replacement product within 14 days.
