Become a Member
Drop off Parcel
Parcel Arrives at Warehouse
Fill in Delivery Address
Make Payment
Order Shipped
Register in the Shipping System
and get your Potatoship ID
Recipient Name/Address
Include your Potatoship ID.
Then deliver the parcel to the Potatoship warehouse.
(If possible, please also write your Potatoship ID on the parcel.)
After the parcel arrives at the warehouse, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp.
Once all parcels have arrived at the warehouse, go to the system and select <Arrived Parcels> to:

Fill in the parcel contents

Choose the shipping method

Enter the overseas delivery address

Purchase shipping insurance
After the parcel is packed, you will receive a payment notification.
The system provides multiple payment options.
After the parcel has been successfully shipped, you will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp.
You can also view the final tracking number in the system.
Do not use your personal phone number as your Potatoship ID
There is no need to write the destination address on the parcel.
Door-to-door pickup / Post Office drop-off must be arranged through the system.
No need to register the parcel in the system.
Simply write your PotatoShip ID clearly on the parcel, and it will be automatically registered to your account.
Parcels selected for consolidation will have their original outer boxes removed and be repackaged for free.
Parcels not requiring consolidation must also wait for the warehouse to confirm the final weight and dimensions before a payment notification is issued.
The final tracking number can only be successfully tracked after the parcel clears customs in the destination country.
