Japan Proxy Shopping Terms

Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth shopping agent process and to protect your rights.

📦 Service Overview

Service Fee

• Each shopping agent request is charged HKD 150 per order.

• This service is for online store purchases only.

• Customers must be PotatoShip Logistics members and must use PotatoShip shipping services to send the purchased products overseas.

Purchase Scope

• Each request is limited to a maximum of 10 products from the same shopping platform

• (i.e., up to 10 product links per submission).

Order Information Accuracy

• All shopping agent instructions are based solely on the information submitted in the Google Form.

Changes & Modifications

• To avoid confusion, no changes or additional instructions outside the submitted form

• (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, etc.) will be accepted.

🛒 Purchase & Payment Process

Out-of-Stock Items

• If an item is out of stock, customers may provide alternative product links.

Quantity Limitation

• If the online store limits purchase quantity below the requested amount, we will purchase the maximum quantity allowed.

Order Confirmation Screenshot

• Before purchasing, the PotatoShip team will provide an order confirmation screenshot for customer verification.

Payment Arrangement

• Customers must complete payment after confirming the screenshot before we proceed with the purchase.

• Purchase amounts are settled based on the Hong Kong daily exchange rate.

Japan Domestic Shipping Fee

• Shopping agent prices do not include Japan domestic shipping fees.

• Japan domestic shipping costs will be charged at actual cost together with overseas shipping fees.

🔍 Product Quality & After-Sales

Quality Inspection

• PotatoShip Logistics does not perform product quality inspection or testing.

Product Risk

• All quality risks of shopping agent products are borne by the customer.

After-Sales Service

🚫 Other Terms

Prohibited & Dangerous Goods

• PotatoShip Logistics reserves the right to refuse purchasing any prohibited or dangerous goods.

Final Decision

• In case of any dispute, PotatoShip Logistics reserves the right of final decision.

• The shopping agent service only provides purchase placement and shipping assistance.

• PotatoShip Logistics is not the seller of the purchased products.

• By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms.
